We will then work directly with your insurance company using the same estimating software. The next step would be to call your insurance company and file a claim. Together with your insurance company, we will get your home or business back to normal as quickly as possible.
What can I expect when I first call you?
Initially, our staff members will gather information about you and your current needs then set a time to inspect your property. A qualified technician and/or estimator will then give you a free consultation upon inspection of your property advising of the next action steps needed to be taken for your property damage.
When is the deductible paid?
The deductible is your responsibility and is due before any services begin.
What is the difference between mitigation, remediation, and restoration?
Mitigation is the effort to reduce loss of property by lessening the impact of disasters. Remediation is the removal of pollution or contaminants from the environment for the general protection of human health and property. Restoration is the cleaning /rebuilding/replacement of original materials to pre-loss condition
Do I need to get multiple quotes?
No. A common misconception among homeowners and businesses is that multiple bids are required. We follow insurance pricing and agree with your insurance adjusters’ pricing so there is no need for multiple bids. Just call us and we will start working!
My insurance has a recommended contractor, can I still use your company?
Absolutely! In the state of North Carolina, you, the insured, can use the company of your choice. Just tell your insurance company that you would like to use ARCO Restoration and we will take it from there.
How much do water damage services cost?
The cost to restore water damage in a home or business depends on many factors. Eliminating the source of moisture, the extent of damage, the amount of the affected material, the difficulty of material cleansing or removal, the construction details of the property as well as many different factors make up the cost of services.
